The Ruger American Gen II is a bolt-action centerfire rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield with a 20in cold-hammer-forged barrel. It ships with one detachable rotary magazine and features Ruger’s Marksman Adjustable trigger and Power Bedding® for consistent accuracy.
The Gen II platform includes an ergonomic synthetic stock, a visible tang safety with a three-position design and locking bolt, and a factory-installed one-piece Picatinny scope base for mounting optics. Standard models are finished in a gray Cerakote-style finish and include sling swivel studs.
