The Ruger 77/17 in .17 Winchester Super Magnum (WSM) is a 77-Series bolt-action rifle built on an alloy-steel action with a cold hammer-forged blued barrel and American walnut stock. This configuration ships with Ruger's integral scope mount bases and a set of two steel scope rings and is offered without iron sights.
The rifle feeds from a detachable rotary magazine (6-round capacity in .17 WSM), features a three-position safety and a threaded 1/2"-28 muzzle for use with muzzle devices. The 20in barrel model has an overall length of 39.25in and a listed weight of 5.7 lbs.
