Very good WW1 Remington rifle for your collection or to shoot. Nice mix of Eddystone, Remington, and Winchester parts. Original Remington 9-18 marked barrel is correct for this serial number range. Good bore that has slight to moderate roughness throughout and measures just under a 3 at the muzzle using a CMP gauge. Nice Winchester marked stock. No import marks.
This is an authentic Remington Model of 1917, a U.S. military bolt-action rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield.
