The Mossberg Patriot Vortex-Scoped Combo is a bolt-action, box-magazine-fed hunting rifle offered with a walnut stock and factory-mounted Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40mm scope. It features a button-rifled, free-floating 22 in fluted barrel and a spiral-fluted bolt paired with a streamlined bolt handle.
Every Patriot includes Mossberg’s patented LBA (Lightning Bolt Action) user-adjustable trigger (adjustable 2–7 lbs), receiver-mounted Weaver-style bases, sling swivel studs, and a polymer flush box magazine with a 5-round total capacity. The rifle ships with matte blue metal finish and a classic-styled walnut stock with textured stippling on the grip and forend.
