The Mossberg Patriot LR Tactical is a long-range bolt-action rifle built on the Patriot platform and fitted with an MDT Field Stock chassis in Flat Dark Earth. It features a medium bull, carbon-steel barrel with an 11-degree match crown and a 5/8"-24 threaded muzzle with protective cap for suppressor or muzzle device use.
Standard features verified for this model include a factory-installed 20 MOA Picatinny rail, a fluted bolt with oversized bolt handle, Mossberg’s LBA (Lightning Bolt Action) user-adjustable trigger (adjustable 2–7 lb), and a metal AICS-style detachable magazine (10+1 capacity for the .308 model). The MDT chassis provides aluminum V-block bedding and M-LOK-compatible forend slots; length-of-pull and comb height are user-adjustable.
