The Mossberg MVP Scout Vortex-Scoped Combo is a short-action, AR-magazine-compatible bolt-action rifle chambered in 7.62mm NATO (.308 Win). This factory-scoped variant ships with a Vortex Crossfire II Scout 2-7x32mm scope mounted on an extended 11" receiver-mounted Picatinny rail and includes two short Picatinny side rails for accessories. The barrel is a 16.25" medium bull, button-rifled and threaded with a removable A2-style muzzle device and protective thread cap; the rifle features a rail-mounted ghost-ring rear sight paired with a barrel-mounted fiber-optic front sight.
