The Mossberg MVP Patrol #27716 is a compact, AR-magazine compatible bolt-action rifle built on a synthetic black stock with a 16.25 in medium bull, threaded barrel and removable A2-style muzzle brake. It ships with a factory receiver-mounted Picatinny rail and adjustable fiber-optic rifle sights (front FO, adjustable rear).
Designed for practical field and range use, the Patrol features Mossberg's LBA user-adjustable trigger (3–7 lbs), an oversized tactical bolt handle, pillar-bedded synthetic stock with stippled grip/forend texture, and feeds from 10-round magazines (Magpul PMAG-compatible for 5.56mm). The rifle's metalwork is finished in matte blue and the listed overall length is 36.5 in with an approximate weight of 6.75 lbs.
