The Mossberg Patriot LR Hunter (Item #28103) is a long-range bolt-action rifle built on the Patriot platform. It features a fluted and threaded 22in barrel with an 11-degree match crown, a spiral-fluted bolt and an oversized bolt handle. The action rides under a top-mounted Picatinny rail and feeds from a 5+1 drop box magazine.
The rifle ships with Mossberg’s LBA user-adjustable trigger (adjustable 2–7 lbs), a polymer-coated Monte Carlo stock finished in Spider Gray with aluminum bedding pillars for added stability, and a protective thread cap for the threaded muzzle. The metalwork is finished in Matte Blue and the model’s overall length and weight are specified for long-range hunting and precision shooting use.
