Browning X-Bolt Rifle

The Browning X-Bolt is a bolt-action centerfire rifle engineered for out-of-the-box accuracy and hunting use. Built on a steel receiver, the X-Bolt family features Browning's X-Lock four-screw scope mounting system, an adjustable three-lever Feather Trigger (factory preset ~3.5–4 lb), a free-floating button-rifled barrel and a short 60° bolt lift. The design also uses a removable rotary magazine, a bolt-unlock button and a thumb-operated top-tang safety. Many X-Bolt variants are offered with optional removable muzzle brakes (including the Recoil Hawg) and a range of stock choices from composite/Vari-Tech to wood or carbon-fiber. Browning also offers X-Bolt Target/long-range variants with dedicated target features (Target DLX trigger, full-diameter receiver and Picatinny optics rail) for competitive and precision shooting.
