The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter is a bolt-action hunting rifle built around Browning’s redesigned X-Bolt 2 platform. It features the DLX adjustable trigger, X-Lock scope mounting system and a Vari-Tech stock for comb and LOP adjustment. The action is bedded and the barrel is free-floated; the rifle uses a detachable rotary-style magazine with a three-round capacity and a top tang safety.
The X-Bolt 2 Hunter is offered in modern hunting chamberings including 6.8 Western and is built with a sporter-contour, matte-blued barrel and Inflex recoil pad. The rifle emphasizes field use with a short 60° bolt lift, improved bolt guidance and user-adjustable ergonomics for comfortable, repeatable shooting.
