The X-Bolt 2 Speed is a purpose-built bolt-action hunting rifle that pairs a fluted sporter-contour barrel with a radial-style muzzle brake threaded to the barrel (M13x0.75) and a durable Smoked Bronze Cerakote finish on the barreled action. The platform incorporates a Vari-Tech composite stock with adjustable length-of-pull and comb height and black overmolded gripping surfaces for a secure hold in all conditions.
Key system features include a redesigned spiral-fluted bolt, a three-lever DLX trigger preset from the factory, a bolt unlock button used with the top-tang safety, and Browning's X-Lock four-screw scope mounting system for secure optics attachment. The action is bedded at the recoil lug with a free-floated barrel and the rifle ships with an Inflex recoil pad for improved shooter comfort and follow-up shot control.
