Manufacturer Description
The Smith & Wesson CSX is a micro-compact, hammer-fired 9mm pistol built on an aluminum-alloy frame and finished in matte black. It ships with two magazines (12+1 and 10+1 capacity options), a 3.1-inch stainless steel barrel with Armornite® finish, and metal and sights. The slide features glare-reducing top serrations and an EZ-tab integration for easier racking.
The CSX is single-action with a flat-faced trigger that incorporates a trigger safety and is equipped with an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and ambidextrous elongated slide stop. Ergonomics include enhanced grip texture and interchangeable textured backstraps (including small and extra-small options) as well as two magazine release buttons for left- or right-hand use. The design also includes a chamfered ejection port and an optimal 18-degree grip angle for concealed-carry use.
