The Ruger MAX-9 is a compact, striker-fired 9mm pistol built for everyday carry. It features a 3.2 in cold-hammer-forged barrel, a through-hardened steel slide, and a precision-machined aluminum fire control chassis with a medium-textured glass-reinforced nylon grip.
This model is optic-ready with a tritium fiber-optic day/night front sight and a drift-adjustable rear sight. It ships with two E-Nickel Teflon-coated magazines (12- and 10-round configurations available) and includes safety features such as an external manual thumb safety (on standard models), an integrated trigger safety, a striker blocker, a loaded chamber indicator, and a magazine disconnect.
Designed to be a high-capacity micro-compact, the MAX-9 measures approximately 6 in overall length, weighs 18.4 oz (unloaded), and offers a 12+1 capacity in its 12-round configuration. The pistol is optic-capable for common micro and is offered in a black finish.
