The B22 Jaguar Tac Metal is Beretta's full-featured entry into the rimfire training and plinking market, built on the same platform as the competition-spec Metal Competition but configured for shooters who want a capable, versatile .22 LR without the race-ready extras. It carries the same core DNA: a fixed barrel, blowback operation, and an optimized grip angle engineered for reliable rimfire feeding, not just a scaled-down centerfire clone.

At the heart of the platform is a modular chassis system that supports tool-free disassembly, making cleaning, customization, and grip swaps fast and accessible for shooters of any experience level. Three interchangeable grip panel sizes ship in the box, and the configurable dual-side ejection port lets right- and left-handed shooters set the pistol up to their preference.

The 5.25" barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and ships with a thread protector, making it suppressor-ready out of the box. A full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail runs the length of the receiver for optic mounting, and adjustable fiber-optic sights provide a capable iron-sight setup for shooters who prefer to run it bare. M-LOK side interfaces open the door for light or accessory mounting without bulk.

Ambidextrous controls and oversized bolt surfaces keep manipulation intuitive across skill levels, and the semi-flat-faced trigger delivers a clean, consistent break. The aluminum frame keeps the platform substantial in hand, with the unloaded Tac Metal weighing in at 26 oz. All-black finish throughout.

Ships with two 15-round magazines, three grip panels, and a barrel thread protector. 10-round magazines and an unthreaded barrel variant available for restricted states.
