The Beretta APX A1 Compact is a striker-fired, modular semi-automatic pistol built with a fiberglass-reinforced polymer grip frame and a steel slide. The compact model features a 3.7in barrel, removable dovetailed front and rear steel sights, and a MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail on the dustcover.
The APX A1 Compact is optic-ready with a slide prepped for and includes interchangeable grip backstraps and a serialized internal metal chassis for easy customization and maintenance. The compact configuration is offered in a 10-round magazine option for restricted-capacity markets and a 15-round option where allowed.
Design safety features include a trigger safety, internal firing-pin block, striker deactivation for safe disassembly, and out-of-battery protection.
