The EDC X9 2.0 is Wilson Combat’s modern double-stack 1911-style pistol built around a solid aluminum X-Frame (T6-7075) and the company’s Enhanced Reliability System (ERS). Designed for 9mm, the platform pairs a Tri-Top stainless slide, a single-lug tapered cone match-grade 1911 barrel, and a user-serviceable external extractor to deliver consistent lockup and enhanced reliability across a wide range of ammunition.
Built as an everyday-carry and duty-capable pistol, the EDC X9 2.0 is offered in multiple barrel lengths (including 3.25", 4", and 5") with factory options such as railed frames, ambidextrous thumb safety, and a selection of sights and finishes. Standard features listed by the manufacturer include Black G10 Starburst grips, Bullet Proof® thumb safety and magazine release, and a 15- or 18-round magazine capacity depending on configuration.
