Factory safety and reliability features include a hinged trigger safety, a striker/firing-pin block and a visual loaded-chamber indicator; an ambidextrous/reversible magazine release is provided. The GX2 has a MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail for lights/lasers and ships with two 13-round magazines in the standard configurations.
