The Taurus GX2 is a compact, striker-fired 9mm semi-automatic pistol built on a stainless-steel alloy frame with a polymer grip and an alloy steel slide. It ships with two 13-round magazines, a fixed front sight and a drift-adjustable rear sight, and features a Picatinny accessory rail for lights/lasers.
Factory safety features include a firing-pin block, a trigger safety and a visual loaded-chamber indicator; the GX2 also includes a manual safety. The GX2 is offered in a two-tone matte black / matte stainless-steel finish, has a 3.38" barrel and is not factory-threaded or optic-ready.
