The Taurus G3c is a compact, striker-fired 9mm pistol designed for everyday carry and personal defense. It features an ergonomic polymer frame with a contoured palm swell, highly textured grip panels and memory pads for repeatable hand placement, plus an extended magazine base plate to aid magazine changes.
The G3c uses an alloy steel slide with a Tenifer matte-black finish over a 3.2in stainless steel barrel and a single-action firing system with restrike capability. Factory safety devices include a manual thumb safety, trigger safety and striker block. Unloaded weight is listed at 22 oz and overall length is 6.3 in.
Factory sights are all-steel with a fixed and a serrated, drift-adjustable rear. The pistol ships with three magazines (available in 10- or 12-round configurations) and features an integral Picatinny accessory rail for lights or lasers.
