The Springfield Armory 1911 Operator AOS Threaded in .45 ACP is built on forged carbon steel slide and frame with a black Cerakote finish and a 5.75 in forged stainless steel, DLC-coated threaded barrel (.578 x 28). The pistol is optics-ready with Springfield’s Agency Optic System (AOS) and ships with a cover plate for mounting a variety of red dot footprints.
Factory features include a tritium front sight and black serrated rear, ambidextrous manual safety, an integral Picatinny accessory rail on the dust cover, VZ G10 grips, and two 8-round magazines. Specified weight is 42 oz with an overall length of 8.6 in.
