The Springfield Armory TRP Classic is a 5" all-steel 1911 built on forged carbon steel slide and frame with a two-piece magwell and a black Cerakote finish. It ships with VZ Hydra G-10 grips and three 8-round magazines.
A forged stainless steel, match-grade 5" barrel (1:16) and a two-piece N.M. full-length guide rod provide the TRP Classic with a robust recoil system and precision potential. The pistol is fitted with Tactical Rack sights and measures 8.6" overall while weighing 39.2 oz.
Every TRP pistol is hand-fit during assembly and features 20 LPI checkering on the frame for improved purchase. The TRP Classic is offered as a premium, steel-frame 1911 intended for demanding 1911 enthusiasts.
