The Springfield Armory 1911 Emissary 4.25" AOS is an optics-ready 1911-style defensive pistol finished in black Cerakote. It features a Tri-Top slide with 40 LPI serrations over a 4.25" forged stainless steel bull barrel (nitride, match grade, fully supported ramp). The forged carbon steel slide and forged stainless steel frame include an integral Picatinny accessory rail for lights/lasers.
The Emissary AOS ships with VZ Thin-Line G10 grips, tritium/luminescent front sight and a black serrated rear, and includes (2) 9-round magazines. The AOS configuration accepts common RMR-style footprints and ships with a cover plate for optic compatibility. The pistol is supplied in a soft double-zipper case.
