The Springfield Armory Echelon 4.0C Comp is an integrally compensated variant of the compact Echelon 4.0C, engineered for carry with a 4.0" hammer-forged barrel finished in Melonite. The compensated slide/barrel features a single top port that redirects gas upward to reduce muzzle rise and improve follow-up shot control. The pistol ships with a 15-round flush magazine and an 18-round extended magazine.
Built around Springfield Armory’s serialized Central Operating Group (COG), the Echelon 4.0C Comp is optics-ready via the Variable Interface System for direct-mount and is complemented by U-Dot™ tritium/luminescent front and Tactical Rack U-Dot™ rear sights. The compact frame includes interchangeable backstraps and a small grip module for concealability.
Other verified features include a billet-machined, Melonite-finished slide, captive recoil system, a 1.2" grip width, and a weight of 24 oz with the flush magazine (25 oz with the extended magazine).
