Also, seller is an FFL holder and will only ship to another FFL. Seller is also a Smith and Wesson Certified Armorer. NO CALIFORNIA SALES FOR THIS ITEM. It is up to you to locate your own FFL for transfer and determine the legality of owning this pistol. This pistol has two high capacity magazines that are not legal in some states. I will only accept a return based on any gross mistake in the ad copy. Finally, This gun is for sale locally and may be pulled at any time there are no bids greater than or equal to the starting price. Price is for ONE gun.
