Smith & Wesson SW1911 SC is an E-Series 1911 style semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP with a 4.25 inch barrel and a scandium alloy frame. The model features E-Series wood laminate grips, a round-butt frame profile and tritium night sights.
The SW1911 SC ships in a lightweight commander-length configuration with a single-action trigger, a 7+1 capacity (with alternate magazine configurations noted for the family) and an overall length of 7.95 inches. The scandium alloy frame and stainless slide produce a listed weight of approximately 29.7 oz.
