The Smith & Wesson M&P Shield X is a 9mm optics-ready micro/compact pistol built on a polymer frame with a 3.6 in barrel. The Shield X ships in a black finish and is offered in a 10-round compliant configuration. It features a flat-face trigger and Ameriglo Trooper LumiGreen front night sight paired with a blacked-out serrated U-notch rear sight.
The Shield X is machined with a flat RMSc/K optic cut (ClearSight™ Cut) and includes a front accessory rail on the dustcover for lights/lasers. Ergonomic refinements include an extended beavertail and an aggressive textured grip. Multiple configurations are offered (with or without a manual thumb safety and a 10-round compliant variant).
