The Smith & Wesson SD9 VE is a compact, value-enhanced striker-fired pistol chambered in 9mm with a 4.0in barrel and a 10+1 magazine capacity. It features a two-tone stainless slide with and white sights and aggressive front and rear slide serrations.
Built on a polymer frame with aggressive front-and-back strap texturing and a textured finger locator, the SD9 VE includes Smith & Wesson’s SDT™ (Self Defense Trigger) and a tactile loaded chamber indicator. A standard Picatinny-style equipment rail under the barrel accepts lights and lasers. Unloaded weight is listed at 23.2 oz and overall length at 7.2in.
