This is a Special order Law enforcement 1990's 3rd gen Smith & Wesson model 4006 40 S&W pistol (xxx4164). This pistol is in very good condition with good finish - only showing some light holster wear and use. Comes with (2) 11 round magazines and in the original case with paperwork.

This was a Special order 8632 law enforcement issue pistol with the West Virginia State Correctional Facility - I believe they have been sitting in their armory for the last 20 years. It is a full size, 4", stainless, DA/SA pistol. The decocking leaver returns to fire after pushed on this special order pistol for law enforcement. Since this is an all-steal frame and slide, it makes it a very comfortable pistol to shoot - it gets you back on target quickly. Please see pictures for more details and condition.
