Smith & Wesson Model 39-2 9 m/m A123886, 4” bbl. with an excellent bore. This alloy framed pistol retains 99+% of it’s original blued and anodized finish showing only some gentle thinning on high edges and a couple of faint scratches on the right side of the frame near the trigger. The wooden grips are lso in excellent condition showing no dents dings or scratches The front sight is a fixed blade with a drift adjustable rear. There is a traditional decocker on the left side of the slide. Factory lettering has been gold filled and has worn off in a couple of areas. There is one 8 round magazine but there is no box or papers. The model 39 was Smith’s entry into double action pistols and has maintained its collectablity and value over the years.
