HG6248 When this pistol left 2100 Roosevelt Avenue in September of 2001, it was the culmination of years of input from law enforcement over an ideal, fully reliable pistol should be: entirely constructed of non-glare stainless steel with attractive black anodized furniture; serrated front strap grip frame, fully operable magazine safety, total of three high capacity 15 round ban period Law Enforcement magazines; and factory night sights. This pistol came to us first in 2007 from a Southern Law Enforcement warehouse where it had never been issued or fired except on 9/13/01 when it left the factory. Its only surface detractions are very, very faint amounts of slide contact on the barrel surfaces. Night sights appear full strength from our darkroom inspection, and this pistol is excellent throughout. The 5946TSW was discontinued in 2003 after only a brief run that began in the Millennial Year. Specs are full time double action pistol with anodized .305 smooth combat trigger and black anodized .260 semi-bobbed hammer. Caliber, of course, is 9mm Parabellum, 15 + 1 capacity, total of three stainless bodied LE Marked magazines. This 149290 variant’s chamber is slotted for loaded status indicator.
