This is a NEVER FIRED Sig Sauer P229R .40S&W LEGACY Pistols with SIGLITE Night Sights, 3.9" Barrel, Black Nitron Finish, New Style "Legacy" slide, Traditional Double Action/Single Action Trigger, Standard Grip Panels with Screws, Short Trigger, Accessory Rail, Sig box & manual with original warranty card. The date of manufacture is July 18, 2012. The P229® was the first pistol to be manufactured in Exeter, New Hampshire and has quickly become one of the most popular SIG SAUER® pistols, carried by thousands of law enforcement professionals throughout the country. Known for it's extreme reliability and accuracy, the compact size of the P229R makes it ideal for concealed carry. This version has the newly designed LEGACY slide profile and "short trigger." In 2012, this gun was originally sold to a police agency, but never issued.
