The MCX-SPEAR LT is a lightened, aluminum-frame MCX pistol variant built around a short-stroke gas piston operating system. This 7.62x39 configuration uses an 11.5in cold-hammer-forged barrel and ships with a single 28-round magazine. The platform features a free-float M-LOK handguard with a full-length Picatinny rail at 12 o'clock, ambidextrous controls including an ambidextrous safety/selector, and an optics-ready upper (no iron sights installed). The MCX-SPEAR LT is finished in a coyote anodized finish and was introduced as part of the MCX-SPEAR LT family in 2022.
