The SIG Sauer P226 Elite is a full-size, DA/SA service pistol chambered in 9mm with a 4.4in (112 mm) barrel and an optics-ready slide. It ships with SIGLITE night sights, an ergonomic E2 grip and SIG’s Short Reset Trigger (SRT). The Elite configuration is supplied with two 10-round steel magazines for compliant/low-capacity markets.
The pistol features an alloy (one-piece) frame with an integral accessory rail, SRT short-reset trigger and a Nitron finished slide. The P226 Elite is marketed and supported by SIG Sauer for professional/duty applications and personal defense use.
