The SIG Sauer MPX-K (MPX-K-9-KM-PSB) is a compact, magazine-fed 9mm pistol built on the SIG MPX modular platform. It uses a short-stroke gas piston operating system with a fully closed, rotating locking bolt and ships with a 30-round magazine. The MPX-K configuration features a 4.5in hammer-forged barrel and a 9.0in sight radius.
The MPX-K-PSB is fitted to accept SIG’s pistol stabilizing brace and includes ambidextrous controls (selector, magazine release, charging handle and bolt release), a MIL-STD 1913 top rail and KeyMod attachment points on the handguard, and flip-up folding front and rear iron sights. The MPX-K (unloaded) weight is listed at 5.6 lbs and overall length ranges from 17.5in to 21.75in depending on brace/stock position.
