All firearms are usually shipped to the customer’s valid FFL dealer within 1-2 business days of order completion. An order is considered complete once the payment has cleared and we have received a copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL. Copies should be emailed to and must include the customer’s name and listing information. Payments must be received within seven (7) calendar days of sale. All items are sold as-is and no warranty is implied or granted by the seller. For factory new items please see the specific manufacturer’s warranty terms for coverage. Returns are not accepted without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All firearms are inspected by us before they leave our store. Please carefully inspect the firearm before completing the transfer process with your FFL. Once a transfer has been completed a firearm cannot be returned for any reason. If a problem is found after the transfer the buyer must contact the manufacturer for a resolution. We understand that there may be times where circumstances beyond the control of the buyer require a return. In these cases, an RMA number is required. RMA requests must be made in writing by the buyer within five (5) calendar days of receiving the item(s). RMA decisions will be determined within three (3) business days of receiving the request. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees and destination FFL fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee will be added to all returns. A minimum fee will be determined at the time of RMA approval. The final fee will be calculated once the item has been received and all contents are inspected. Final fee determination and refund will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving the return. The return process takes a lot of time, effort, and money on all parties involved.
