I was told that it was new and never fired by the seller when I aquired it. I am selling as a used gun as I cannot verify that it is new though it appears to be. This particular model, SIG Sauer P320C X-series Nitron Compact semi auto pistol comes standard with two 15 round magazines, SIGLITE sights, and a Modular Polymer Frame. Sig Sauer P320 X-Carry X-Series 9mm - Fired once by me. With the one shot I did fire I was extremely impressed at how responsive the trigger system is.
