The Ruger Security-380 is a compact, hammer-fired, magazine-fed semi-automatic pistol built around Ruger’s Lite Rack™ system for easier slide manipulation. It features a precision-machined, hard-coat anodized aluminum chassis with full-length guide rails, a through-hardened alloy steel slide and barrel, a fiber-optic front sight and a drift-adjustable rear sight.
Designed for range training and everyday carry, the Security-380 ships with factory 10-round flush-fit magazines and some variants include extended 15-round magazines that extend the grip. The pistol incorporates Ruger’s Secure Action™ trigger system with an integrated trigger safety, an external manual thumb safety and a hammer catch, and includes an accessory rail for lights/lasers.
