Part of Ruger’s limited-run SR1911 “Street Edition” series, this Commander-style SR1911 is chambered in .45 Auto and features a finely engraved stainless steel slide with Ruger logo and eagle motif. The pistol uses a 4.25" stainless steel barrel and drift-adjustable Novak for fast target acquisition.
Built on a lightweight Commander-style SR1911 platform, the Street Edition models are produced in limited quantities (500 per facility) and each carries the street address of a Ruger facility engraved on the slide. The series ships with stainless steel magazines and includes period-appropriate 1911 features such as an extended thumb safety, oversized beavertail grip safety, skeletonized hammer and trigger, and a visual inspection port.
