The Ruger LCP MAX is a micro-compact, magazine-fed, recoil-operated pistol chambered in .380 ACP designed for concealed carry. It features Ruger’s Secure Action™ fire-control (an internal hammer with a bladed safety trigger and inner trigger safety), a medium-textured glass-filled nylon grip frame with an aluminum frame insert, and steel dovetailed sights with a tritium front sight enclosed by a white-outline ring and a generous U-notch rear that is drift-adjustable.
The LCP MAX uses newly developed double-stack steel magazines to deliver 10+1 rounds in a flush configuration (a 12-round accessory magazine is available) while maintaining a pocket-friendly footprint. The pistol ships with one 10-round magazine (interchangeable finger-extension floorplate), a magazine loader, and a soft pocket holster. Its compact dimensions and low unloaded weight support discreet carry while remaining suitable for routine range use and familiarization drills.
