The Ruger LCP MAX is a micro-compact, magazine-fed, recoil-operated pistol chambered for the .380 Auto cartridge. It uses Ruger’s Secure Action™ fire-control (protected internal hammer with a bladed trigger safety) and double-stack steel magazines to deliver a 10+1 capacity in a pocketable package. The pistol features an alloy steel slide and a high-strength glass-filled nylon grip frame with a precision CNC machined aluminum frame insert.
The LCP MAX is equipped with a tritium front sight with a white outline and a generous U-notch drift-adjustable rear sight for quick acquisition in low light. The design includes pronounced cocking ears and refined slide serrations to aid manipulation, and ships with a flush 10-round magazine plus a finger-extension floorplate/12-round accessory magazine option to improve grip and capacity.
Compact dimensions and very light weight make the LCP MAX intended for concealed carry and everyday personal defense while retaining easy handling for general range use.
