OUR PROCESS: If you are the winning bidder of this auction you will receive an email notice of all the forms of payment we accept.

We accept all forms of credit cards and checks and some forms of electronic payments.

If your payment is not received within 7 business days of the invoice being sent we will assume you do not wish to finalize the transaction and therefore we will file a Non-Paying Member claim and re-list the item(s).

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all items can legally be obtained & owned in your town/county/state BEFORE placing a bid.

Buyers will be charged a 25% restocking fee for any order that is transferred and then returned due to non-compliance with state or local laws.

After your auction win, you should receive an email shortly from Gunbroker website with a link to an invoice to pay via credit card to our FFL, Envision Collectors Services LLC. Note the auction site charges fees and taxes that we do not control or see.

There are other Options to save card processing fees. We accept several electronic forms of payment, and personal or bank checks.

Your item will typically ship within 2-3 days of payment receipt and FFL information. Tracking is emailed to you when your item ships. Handguns ship Fedex 2Day Air Express.

We offer layaway with option to pay items off over 6 weeks. Here is the process:

1. You win the auction.

2. During checkout select layaway option during payment method/inputs (if you do not see this available just stop the checkout before paying and email us that you want to do layaway and we will invoice directly to your email.

3. This will have you pay 1/3 down payment to hold your item and start your layaway time period.

4. The card processing center will continue to send you electronic invoices via email with the remaining owed, along with the minimum payment that can be made (typically $75 - $150 depending on sale price of item).

5. Payments can be made any time there are no fees or penalty costs for layaway.

6. Once your final payment is made we will ship our your item within 2 bus days to your FFL shop.
