Kimber Gold Guardian (Limited Ed. of 300) Very Rare

I am selling a beautiful Kimber "Gold Guardian" 1911 - all stainless steel pistol in excellent condition. This was a limited edition one of three hundred made back in 1998. It is a 5" match barrel with polished flats and matte stainless rounds on the frame. I am the original owner. It has been fired but is in excellent shape. I have had this pistol further customized by Clark Custom Guns with a 25 LPI checkered frontstrap, 10-8 wide U-notch rear sight with a gold/brass bead front sight, Ed Brown "fish-scale" checkered backstrap and magwell that has been professionally blended to the frame. All the MIM internals have been replaced with match grade tool steel parts and an action job with a crisp 4 lb. trigger and the original Kimber double diamond checkered wood grips. Also have original factory box and bushing wrench. This pistol has very high collector value and "coolness factor" due to its rarity and is also a great shooter. Compares to Kimber Gold Combat, Gold Match, Dan Wesson, Colt, Les Baer, etc. They have sold on GB for $2500-$3000 - this one is priced to sell. One of the most beautiful Kimbers ever made.
