The Kimber Sapphire Ultra II is a 1911-style special edition compact pistol finished with a polished blue PVD engraved slide and a satin silver KimPro II-finished aluminum frame. Chambered in .45 ACP with a 3.00 in barrel, the Sapphire Ultra II ships with a 7+1 magazine and carries an unloaded weight of approximately 25 oz.
This Ultra II model uses Kimber's compact 1911 architecture with a match-grade/bull-style, bushingless barrel and full-length guide rod. The Sapphire special-edition gemstone series features polished PVD slides with cut-scroll engraving, coordinating grips (G-10 on production Sapphire Ultra II examples) and tritium night sights for low-light use.
