The Kimber 2K11 Stainless Target is a full-size double-stack 1911 platform pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 5 in barrel. It features a stainless steel frame and slide, an aluminum grip module, an external extractor and a GT match-grade trigger tuned to approximately 3–4 lb. The pistol ships with an optic adapter/cover plate and three magazines.
The Target model is optics-ready (OR) with a TAG FiberLok 2 fiber-optic front sight and an optics cover plate / adjustable rear sight; a Picatinny accessory rail is integrated into the dustcover. The 2K11 uses a fluted/ramped 5R rifled barrel, ambidextrous thumb safeties and a machined magwell on the Target models for faster reloads.
