The Kimber 2K11 Pro Eclipse is a commander-length, double-stack 1911-style semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm. It ships optics-ready (RMR-family footprint via C&H adapter plate), with a 4.25in fluted/bull barrel, an ambidextrous thumb safety, external extractor and a tool-less guide rod for simplified maintenance. The pistol includes a front TAG FiberLok fiber-optic sight and a fixed rear sight/cover plate, a four-slot Picatinny dustcover rail and an installed magwell for faster reloads.
Built on a stainless-steel frame/slide platform with Kimber’s two-tone Eclipse (KimPro) finish and MJD carbon-fiber/Kevlar grip module options, the 2K11 Pro Eclipse ships with high-capacity magazines (19+1 for 9mm) and is positioned for high-round-range use, sport shooting and defensive applications. Measured overall length is approximately 7.79in and the unloaded weight is commonly reported near 35 oz depending on the exact variant and grip module.
