The Kimber Custom CDP is a full-size M1911-style pistol chambered in .45 ACP with a 5.00 in barrel. This configuration features Kimber's two-tone KimPro® II finish (gray frame with silver slide), rosewood grips, and night sights. The lightweight aluminum frame includes 30 LPI front strap checkering and Carry Melt™ rounded edges for snag reduction.
Built as part of Kimber's CDP (Custom Defense Package) family, this model ships with a 7+1 capacity and a 31 oz empty weight. Standard 1911 safety features are included—ambidextrous thumb safety, beavertail/grip safety, sear disconnect and hammer safety notch—making it suitable for defensive carry and sporting use.
