The Kimber Aegis Elite Custom is a 1911-style semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 5 in match-grade barrel and a 9+1 capacity. The model is finished in a two-tone look with a satin silver (KimPro II) round-heel frame and a black slide, and ships with Kimber’s G10 Cyclone-pattern grips. Built as part of Kimber’s Aegis Elite family, the Custom features AEX slide serrations, 24 LPI front strap checkering, a premium aluminum trigger and fiber-optic sights (non-optics-installed Custom models). The Aegis Elite styling and feature set are oriented toward defensive and target shooting use.
