The Heckler & Koch Mark 23 is a large-frame, match-grade .45 ACP semi-automatic pistol developed for Special Operations use and offered commercially. It features a one-piece machined steel slide over a fibre-reinforced polymer frame and a recoil-reduction system designed for high endurance and accuracy.
Factory features include a threaded O-ring barrel (5.87 in / 149 mm), fixed partridge-style (optional tritium), a modified Browning short-recoil action, and a frame-mounted decocking lever with a separate ambidextrous safety. The pistol ships with detachable box magazines (standard 12-round capacity) and an accessory mounting groove on the dustcover for lights/lasers.
