The GLOCK 17 Gen5 is a full-size 9x19mm pistol in GLOCK’s fifth-generation design. The Gen5 design removes finger grooves, adds ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible magazine catch, and includes the GLOCK Marksman Barrel for improved precision. Standard magazine capacity is 17 rounds and barrel length is 114 mm (4.49 inch).
Designed for duty and professional applications, the Gen5 platform retains GLOCK’s Safe Action® system and is offered in multiple variants (including MOS). Factory sights for Gen5 models are fixed polymer GLOCK sights (GMS) with available factory night/steel sight options.
