This is a used Glock 35 .40 S&W with fiber optic sights and all the standard gen 4 packaging (3-15 round mags)
There is a slight scratch on the frame as you can see in one of the pics. It is a surface scratch which has no effect on performance. The rest of the gun looks pretty much brand new.
